30th March: 6th/44 (vet category) at the Buxton CC hilly 22-mile time trial from Longnor. 1:01:00, a course PB by >6 mins.
(7th April: A change of plan for the Easter holiday, as an ice-skating accident put me out of action with a fractured distal radius, meaning no cycling for 6 weeks, and worst of all, missing out on the club weekend to ride and watch the cobbled classic Paris-Roubaix race.)
14th: 'Solid Light Works' by Anthony McCall at the Hepworth Gallery, Wakefield.
