Mar-Apr 2020

24th March: COVID-19 lockdown begins with den-making in the garden
1st April: a morning cup of T for Mummy. 
4th Apr: Getting used to solo bike rides.
6th: Playing with old tech.
7th: a botanical walk round Crosspool.

8th: Cycling round Bradfield.
10th (Good Friday). A deserted Stanage Edge on a sunny bank holiday weekend.
Warm enough for a barbecue in the garden!
22nd: Megan rode 10 miles to Ringinglow and back.
25th: Emily had a go at dyeing her hair blue-black, and let her sisters try it too.


Jan-Feb 2020

15-16 Jan before & after

17-20th Half-term London trip
17th: History day including Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London (where 3xGreat-Grandad James Smith lived)



and a fantastic steak at "The Bountiful Cow".
18th: Science/modern day at the Science Museum and The Shard.





19th: a more relaxed day, with St Paul's Cathedral lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe, and browsing at Hamleys. No cheap tickets available for the theatre unfortunately.







20th: A Taylor Swift inspired visit to Camden Market.
Harry Potter shop at Platform 9 3/4.
